IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO USE THE SERVICE.

1. Studio Service Overview

We offer an exclusive digital storefront where you can purchase merchandise, including premium apparel, digital products, and specialized design services (collectively, "Products").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that: (a) you are of legal age; (b) you have not been previously suspended from the Service; and (c) your use complies with all applicable laws.

3. Accounts and Registration

4. General Payment Terms

All fees are displayed in U.S. Dollars. Before you finalize any purchase, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the total charges, including taxes and shipping.

  • Price: ISLO reserves the right to determine pricing. We may change fees for any Product at our discretion, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

  • Authorization: You authorize our third-party payment processors to charge all sums for the Products you purchase to the payment method specified.

5. Returns and Refunds

At ISLO, we prioritize quality.

  • Defective Products: We accept returns for defective Products made within 30 days of the purchase date. We will issue a full refund and cover return shipping for verified defects.

  • Final Sale: Because many of our products are Print-on-Demand or limited edition, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for all shipping costs specified during the transaction.

7. Licenses & Restrictions

  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Ownership: The visual interfaces, graphics, design, code, and "Materials" are the intellectual property of ISLO.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Studio operates (Sylhet, Bangladesh), without regard to conflict of law principles.
